Visualization & inspiration
We do not consider ourselves artists, let alone great, good, or even competent ones, and confess to stealing our beautiful, clickable holes from Mike Bostock. Our beautiful, clickable holes are stolen from his zoomable sunburst, built on top of his d3.js library.
Typography
This page is set in ET Book, styled with Tailwind CSS, and frameworked by Ruby on Rails. Its underlying data is created, read, updated and deleted by PostgreSQL. Authentication is handled by Devise, invitations by Devise Invitable, and authorization by the twin gate-guarding pillars of Pundit and Rolify.
Pretty winery and vineyard urls are made even prettier with FriendlyId.
Ingestion of your ugly, stupid, pathetic little spreadsheets is made possible by Roo.
Maps
Interactive vineyard maps are built with Leaflet, released under the BSD 2-Clause License. We list it here alongside our other acknowledgments so the credit is documented outside any on-map control. Raster basemaps (OpenStreetMap, CARTO, and similar) carry their own copyright and attribution requirements; when a provider expects a line on the map, it stays on the map.
