Terms of Service

By using Clickholes, you agree to these basic terms for this project build.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the service or interfere with normal operation
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure
• upload unlawful or malicious content

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Data responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that data you contribute is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

Map outlines and model training

When you draw or save vineyard and block outlines on the map, we may use those geometries (together with related context such as the parent vineyard outline) to improve automated mapping features and machine-learning models that help other users get better starter outlines.

You can opt out of this use for a vineyard in vineyard settings by unchecking Share block outlines to improve mapping. Opting out stops new samples from that vineyard from being added to our training corpus. It does not affect your ability to use the map editor or store outlines for your own records.

Availability

We aim for reliability, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis during active development for all users. Features may change, move, or be removed.

Branded subdomains

Premium subscriptions may include a branded subdomain on our .vin domains (for example, your-brand.vineyard.vin or your-brand.winery.vin). By using or claiming a branded subdomain, you agree that:

• Platform discretion. We reserve the right to assign, change, suspend, or revoke any branded subdomain at any time, for any reason, including inactive or lapsed subscriptions, trademark or naming disputes, impersonation, squatting, or abuse.
• No ownership of the subdomain string. A subdomain is a service entitlement, not personal property. It does not confer trademark rights in the label or in the domain string itself.
• Fair use of names. If multiple vineyards or wineries legitimately share a name, we may require a disambiguated subdomain (for example, by appending a primary appellation or region code). We decide which tenant receives the shortest or preferred label when names conflict.
• Lapse. If your premium subscription ends, your branded subdomain may stop resolving or display an unavailable notice. We may hold the subdomain label so it is not immediately available to others; we are not obligated to release it to you or to any third party on any particular schedule.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for updating printed materials, partner links, and marketing if your subdomain changes or is revoked.

These terms supplement our subscription and billing policies when premium branded URLs are offered.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, application code, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

Limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and operating model evolve. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
